Samos windsurf centre was hand-built by the owner George Sankantaris in 2000. George grew-up in Kokkari and now has three children of his own – all of whom are aspiring windsurfers! When George is not speeding along the coast on his Slalom kit he can be found enjoying his other favourite past-times which include competing in the PWA events in Turkey, finishing and tormenting his staff.
Rob Horne is an extremely well-established figure within the windsurf industry with over 15 years teaching experience. He has featured on numerous occasions in Germany’s SURF magazine due to his successful teaching concept and is widely sought after by windsurf companies for events. During the winter months Rob can be found in the Italian Alps (www.livignosnow.com).
